Best Gym Management Software in India (2026): 7 Options Compared
Seven gym management software options compared for Indian gyms in 2026: prices checked on vendor sites, rupee costs for a 150-member gym, and who each suits.
There is no single best gym management software in India for every gym. The right pick depends on what you run: an independent gym with 80 to 500 members mostly needs fast check-in, expired members flagged at the door, renewal reminders on WhatsApp and a flat price in rupees, while a CrossFit box, a martial arts school or a multi-location studio brand needs class booking, card billing and a branded app. Below, seven options are compared on prices published on each vendor's own site (checked in October 2026), with the rupee cost for a 150-member gym and a plain "pick this if" for each.
A disclosure first: we make MyGymGate, one of the seven. Read our section with that in mind, including the part about where it falls short.
How we compared them
- Price comes only from each vendor's own pricing page or official blog, linked below. Where a vendor doesn't publish a number, we say so instead of guessing.
- Rupee figures use about ₹95 to the US dollar (mid-October 2026), rounded to the nearest ₹100. Your bank's card rate, foreign transaction charges and GST will add to them.
- The 150-member test gym is one branch. We used the cheapest published plan that covers 150 members. Card processing fees and add-ons are extra unless stated.
- What we did not do: rate them. Review scores move and we couldn't check them directly, so there are none here. Read reviews on G2 or Capterra yourself.
These tools are not like for like. The international ones include class booking and card billing; MyGymGate doesn't. Compare on the jobs you need done.
Quick comparison
| Software | Best for | Published price for a 150-member gym | ≈ per month (₹) | ≈ 12 months (₹) | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MyGymGate | Independent Indian gyms wanting flat pricing | ₹399/mo, unlimited members | ₹399 | ₹4,788 | Demo + Android app |
| GymMaster | Gyms that want 24/7 door access | $129/mo (Advanced, up to 400 members) | ₹12,300 | ₹1,47,200 | Limited trial |
| Gymdesk | Martial arts schools, small gyms | $150/mo (101–150 members, with Gymdesk Payments) | ₹14,300 | ₹1,71,100 | 30 days free |
| PushPress | CrossFit and functional boxes | Free Core + card fees, or Pro $159/mo | ₹15,100 (Pro) | ₹1,81,400 (Pro) | Free plan |
| Zen Planner | Studios and martial arts, all-rounder | $229/mo (101–150 active members) | ₹21,800 | ₹2,61,200 | Demo |
| Mindbody | Studios wanting marketplace discovery | From $79/mo per location (Starter) | ₹7,500 | ₹90,100 | Demo |
| ABC Glofox | Boutique brands, branded app | From $275/mo | ₹26,100 | ₹3,13,700 | Demo |
Mindbody's Starter price isn't tied to a member count, and its higher plans are quoted by sales, so treat ₹7,500 as a floor.
The seven, one by one
1. MyGymGate
Price: ₹399 a month, one plan, everything included, unlimited members, no setup fee, free member import, monthly with no long lock-in.
What it does: any Android phone at the entrance becomes a locked-down scanner; members show a QR pass or use optional face check-in (consent-based, matched on the scanner phone). Expired plans are stopped at the door. The dashboard lists who's inside, who expires this week and who has gone quiet. Renewal and "we miss you" emails go out automatically, WhatsApp templates open with the message filled in (no Business API bill), members get a private tracker link with no app, and a live leaderboard runs on any TV browser.
Where it falls short: no class or slot booking, no payment collection inside the software (it records renewals; members pay by UPI or cash as usual), no membership freeze, and the owner app is Android only (the web dashboard works anywhere).
Pick it if you run an independent Indian gym and your main problem is members drifting away, not class scheduling. The walkthrough shows the whole flow.
2. GymMaster
On GymMaster's pricing page, Foundation is $89 a month but covers only up to 100 members, so a 150-member gym needs Advanced at $129. 24/7 door access is a separate tier at $40 a month more, plus door hardware. A branded app is $150 a month plus $450 setup. Prices are shown in USD, AUD and NZD.
Pick it if you want members training outside staffed hours with door control from the same vendor.
3. Gymdesk
Gymdesk's pricing is tiered by members: $75 a month up to 50, $100 up to 100 and $150 up to 150 when you use Gymdesk Payments ($25 more on your own processor). Every plan includes the full platform and a gym website; a branded app is $100 a month. All prices are in USD.
Pick it if you run a martial arts or BJJ school and want everything on one plan, with a 30-day trial.
4. PushPress
PushPress has a free Core plan that charges 4.99% plus $0.30 per card payment, and Pro at $159 a month with lower card fees. The Grow CRM add-on is $329 a month (it includes WhatsApp messaging) and a branded app $97; the full bundle is about $559 a month. International pricing is through sales.
Pick it if you run a CrossFit or functional box and card billing plus workout programming matter most.
5. Zen Planner
Zen Planner's member tiers start at $99 a month for up to 45 active members and reach $229 for 101 to 150. Add-ons include Engage marketing at $249 a month, a website at $99 and a branded app at $39. It has been around since 2006.
Pick it if you run a multi-discipline studio and will use scheduling, billing and its marketing add-ons.
6. Mindbody
Mindbody's Starter plan is from $79 a month per location; Accelerate and Ultimate are quoted, with the branded app as an add-on on those. Its main draw is the consumer app: Mindbody says businesses get 22,000+ first purchases a month from people who found them there.
Pick it if you run a premium studio in a city where Mindbody's consumer app has real users.
7. ABC Glofox
Glofox's own blog says plans start at $275 a month, and its plans page lists Essential, Boost and Elite (€220, €300 and €515 a month). The branded member app and the XLerate CRM are add-ons below Elite, and multi-location reporting is a paid add-on.
Pick it if you're a boutique brand where the member app is the product, or you're growing past a few locations.
What 12 months costs a 150-member gym
At the base plans above, a year of the international options runs from about ₹90,100 (Mindbody Starter, one location) to about ₹3,13,700 (Glofox's starting price), before card fees and add-ons. MyGymGate is ₹4,788. Put any of those against your fees in the gym profit calculator to see what it does to your break-even.
The gap is real, but so is the feature gap. If you need class booking and card billing, a ₹399 tool that doesn't do them is not a saving. Our gym software cost guide explains pricing models, including per-member tiers that grow with your gym.
How to choose in five minutes
- List the jobs you do every week. Check-in, renewals, reminders? Or class booking, card billing, door access? Pay for the first list.
- Price month 12, not month 1. Base plan plus card fees plus the add-ons you'll need, at today's member count and double it.
- Check India basics. Rupee billing, a payment gateway that works here, GST on invoices and support at 7 pm IST. Ask before you sign.
- Ask how you leave. Get a sample export of members, plans and attendance during the trial.
- Ask where member data lives. Under the DPDP Act, 2023 your gym answers for members' data, and the vendor processes it for you. Our 12 data security questions help.
Prices change often. Confirm each with the vendor before you buy.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best gym management software in India?
There is no single winner; the best fit depends on your gym. For an independent Indian gym that mainly needs fast check-in, expiry tracking and renewal reminders at a flat rupee price, a simple local tool such as MyGymGate (₹399 a month) fits. CrossFit boxes often look at PushPress, martial arts schools at Gymdesk, and studios that want marketplace discovery or a branded app at Mindbody or ABC Glofox.
How much does gym management software cost in India?
As of October 2026, the international tools in this comparison publish prices from about $79 to $275 a month, which is roughly ₹7,500 to ₹26,100 at about ₹95 to the dollar, before card fees and add-ons. MyGymGate costs ₹399 a month with unlimited members. Always price the full 12 months at your member count.
Which gym software is cheapest for a small gym?
PushPress has a free Core plan, but it charges 4.99% plus $0.30 on every card payment, so the real cost depends on how much you process. Among paid plans in this comparison, MyGymGate at ₹399 a month flat is the lowest; it records renewals rather than processing payments.
Do international gym software tools work in India?
None of the international tools here list INR pricing, Indian GST invoicing or UPI on their pricing pages, and prices are in USD (GymMaster also shows AUD and NZD, Glofox EUR and others). Ask each vendor about rupee billing, payment gateways that work in India and support hours in IST before you sign.
Do my members need to install an app?
Not with every tool. MyGymGate gives members a QR pass by email and a private tracker link that opens in any browser. Gymdesk, PushPress, Zen Planner, GymMaster, Mindbody and Glofox all offer branded member apps, mostly as paid add-ons or on higher plans.
